👋 I'm BenI work with our awesome charity clients to do things smarter, faster and with greater impact. We call it Impact Innovation, and our work focuses on three areas: 1. Foundations: Creating the right culture, strategy and skills to deliver sustainable, scalable impact across fundraising and services. 2. Products, programmes and ventures: Identifying and testing new ways to deliver purpose and profit. 3. Collaborations: Bringing partners together to solve social problems better. I've come to Good Innovation from a 10+ year career in the charity sector, where I built a highly successful innovation team at the British Red Cross and helped Macmillan launch multiple £1m+ products. Having seen how charities work from the inside, I know first-hand the HUGE potential of doing things better. At Good Innovation we’re on a mission to impact the lives of billions of people.
