Развернуты BI платформы (Graffana, SuperSet, PowerBI) которые с помощью аналитических дашбордов помогли улучшить производительность на 15%. Управление проектами, разработка стратегий и планирование. Результат: запуск и разработка проекта республиканского масштаба совместно с МВД РК.Управление командой из 5 сильнейших IT-специалистов с широким спектром навыков. (BigData, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data инжиниринг, BI-аналитика, ИБ)Ведение и поддержка аналитической платформы в 16 областях Казахстана по направлению аналитики.

Разработка LMS платформы для Blockchain & AI Technology Center. К сожалению проект был поставлен на паузу по инициативе компании.

During the period of work in this company, based on the analysis of sales statistics, I identified the need and shortage in different regions of Kazakhstan, subsequently concluded contracts for the supply of car tires and wheels to many car dealerships (Toyota, Hyundai, Chevrolet, DAF), logistics companies (DHL, DPD Kazakhstan) and other large enterprises throughout Kazakhstan.Increased the number of sales of premium car and truck tires A, B class by more than 2,500 thousand units in the summer season and 3,500 thousand in the winter season.

At the invitation of the head of the position of senior sales manager in the company "Ecoplit.kz" , for a short period of work in this company, I have concluded contracts with more than 20 construction companies and sold over 100 tons of rubber products, namely rubber crumb and tiles, where helped teach sales skills to other managers and showed one of the best results of the year.

During the period of work in this company, I improved the productivity of processing defective pipes and increased the production of crushed plastic on the German industrial machine "Herbold" by 3 times, from which new pipes were re-manufactured, and together with the chief engineers helped to control and start the German automatic machine "KraussMaffei" for the production of large plastic pipes.

During the period of work in this company, I signed over 10 medium and large companies in the city of Uralsk for marketing promotion in the 2GIS application. Based on statistical analysis using marketing tools, I helped increase sales by an average of 2 times.
