I am Abbas Ali Sayed, a distinguished graduate from Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College where I excelled academically, achieved a "9.02 CGPA" placing me in the First Class with Distinction.I am thrilled to have begun my professional journey with Esskee Innovaties IT Solutions PVT LTD, where I hold a critical position as a "Product Support Engineer". In this role, I am tasked with the following responsibilities:- Assisting customers with the new version released features and providing training on its use.- Working closely with product development teams to understand the product’s function and how best to assist users.- Actively involved in conducting both Behavioral and Functional testing on each newly released version of the product, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.- Addressing and resolving customer queries by managing tickets via the FRESHDESK platform.- Taking ownership of unresolved tickets, efficiently prioritizing them, and ensuring timely resolution in adherence to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).- Analyzing the ticket and forwarding to the development team regarding the enhancements.- Maintaining the accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.- Troubleshooting product issues and providing prompt resolution to minimize downtime.- Recording and tracking all product failure incidents to analyze patterns and suggest improvements.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enhancements based on customer feedback.- Managing product documentation processes, ensuring all product features, and updates are well-documented.- I consistently conduct a sequence of test cases on our products, enabling swift response and resolution to any arising issues. Furthermore, I continually broaden and update my knowledge base to stay ahead of the curve and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely solutions.My robust academic background, paired with my rapidly expanding professional experience, have equipped me with exceptional problem-solving skills, an in-depth technical understanding, and a deeply rooted customer-focused approach.
