As an intern at CodSoft, I am applying my skills and knowledge in Python programming, data science, and IT support to various projects and tasks. I have recently completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, an eight-month program that covers troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security, with hands-on labs and real-world scenarios.In addition, I have more than three years of experience as a sales executive at Vega Pharmaceuticals, where I provide excellent customer service, product information, and sales support to clients and customers. I also have a BS in Public Administration from Government College University, Faisalabad, and a diploma in Office Management from I-Soft College of Commerce & Computer Science. I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving problems, and I am eager to pursue a full-time role in Information Technology.
