Assist with administrative aspects of renovation of properties including permit process, materials ordering, and coordinating with sub-contractors. Conducted full performance update of the transactions within the 14 deal portfolio on an annual basis, which involved writing a performance summary of the top ten loans, researching loans of concern, assessing workout scenarios, modeling the pool, and presenting recommendations to members of credit committee.• Interacted with investors at industry conferences and one-on-one meetings.
