Arts Administrator with over 15 years of experience working with artists, galleries, and collectors. Collaborative team leader and creative strategist responsible for art sales and commissions, brand development, artist and client relationships, editing, writing, and research. In essence: knowing what something wants to become and plotting a direct path there. 2007 to present: Studio Director for the artist Richard Erdman in Williston, Vermont & Carrara, Italy. I manage sales & commissions, gallery & client relationships, business development, branding and marketing. Co-founder of Another Earth, a Vermont and Toronto based art book publishing project. We make artist books and ephemera in limited editions and believe in printed matter as a transporting, material space for experiencing art, ideas, and visual narratives. With Estefania Puerta Grisales and Cristian Ordóñez, I publish art books, working closely with artists in support of a shared vision: conceiving the overall concept of the project, design and layout, writing, editing, research, fundraising, and overall project management from start to finish. Co-founded and directed Overnight Projects, 2015-2019, a curatorial concept that organized experiential installations in revolving locations. Notable past sites include an 1800s orphanage, a defunct coal-plant, a 1950s lakeside motel, an air stream which served as an itinerant library, and a cornfield on the cusp of reverting back to a wetland. Within five years Overnight Projects organized 13 exhibitions of regionally and internationally-based artists.
