“The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” is the cornerstone for my mindset. Dr. Covey suggests we have two circles: a Circle of Concern and a Circle of Influence. I choose to live in the circle of influence, focusing my energy on things I have the power to affect. Today, I strive to cultivate connections, bridge gaps and make mutually beneficial relationships between an organization and its employees. My passion lies in the various dimensions of employee engagement. Highly engaged workers commit, engage, and excel. Creating and fostering relationships – and giving back – is not only the basis for how business should be conducted, but how I intend to conduct my business. I have worn many hats; Preschool Teacher, Human Resource Administrative Assistant, Safety Administrator, Recruiter, Office Manager, and HR Manager. As a result, I harness the ability to manage several, multi-dimensional projects and creatively navigate challenges. I view every experience and encounter as a new learning opportunity.
