• Architected and built our first business-to-business feature, which allowed our new clients to set up special accounts so their employees could use our app and bill the orders to the client. I got this feature ready on.
• Built a membership program, which enables users to buy a one-year subscription for free delivery and priority access to support. This required substantial use of Stripe’s API and webhook features, as well as GeoPoint’s.
• Redesigned login page to implement SMS verification using Firebase’s authentication SDK. Migrated legacy accounts to new login system.
• Provided technical support for our customer service staff whenever possible, identified their common problems, and created several features to reduce their dependence upon the tech team. The best example was a feature.
• Handled bugs and minor feature requests on-the-fly almost daily.

• Built tools for leveraging Longevity Holdings’ mortality data and life-expectancy model.
• Built interfaces for our internal and external clients.
• Managed a web scraping app called Obit Reaper, which collected obituary data from 30,000+ funeral-home and newspaper websites.
• Coordinated with our business analysts, fellow developers, and the Data Director to keep Obit Reaper singing.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Built eLearning web applications with various technologies, including JavaScript, Typescript, PHP, Node, Express, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS 4, and Bootstrap 4. Learned PHP and Typescript to build an API for client’s student web portal app. Used Adobe Illustrator and Premier Pro to design a web portal for online training. Created a simple and innovative solution.

Eden Prairie

• Designed a dynamic, 20,000-word guide for company’s software with Adobe RoboHelp and Microsoft Word. Recorded, edited, and wrote scripts for instructional videos.
• Collaborated with development and support teams to test, debug, and document new features.
• Assumed additional roles regarding Quality Assurance and User Experience. Created a dashboard feature with HTML, Bootstrap, and SQL.

Arden Hills

Oversaw meal shifts in Bethel University's dining center and restaurant. Managed a team of 15 workers, coordinated labor on a shift-by-shift basis, and trained students to run the cafeteria, serving 700 to 1,000 customers daily. Facilitated communication between student workers and cooking staff.
