After a successful career in agency, I decided to take the leap into internal recruitment! Now in this dual function role, I am responsible for seeking high-calibre candidates across the group and recruiting the right people into the right seats for the ongoing success of the company. I work closely with marketing & HR departments in consistently improving our Employer Branding and internal communication across the group. In this role, I managed a small team of 3 Legal consultants as well as having a sizeable personal sales target. I provided ongoing training and development to ensure that my consultants were updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Setting clear expectations, goals, and key performance indicators helped the team understand their objectives and stay focused. Regular feedback sessions identified successes and areas for improvement. Additionally, I was able to promote a positive work culture and recognise individual and team achievements to motivate and instill a sense of accomplishment.
