As a seasoned People & Culture professional, I have over 15 years’ experience in learning and organisational development, human resource, and change management roles across a wide variety of industries including government, food and beverage, agriculture, education, and retail. In my current role, as the Organisational Development Manager at Beaumont Tiles, I support and guide team members all across Australia to realise their potential and to grow their careers, through personal and professional development. Additionally, I am the National President and Non-Executive Director with the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).
