As a People and Culture Advisor, I am responsible for providing and leading an effective and efficient HR Administrative and Recruitment service as well as providing advice on complex cases across Laidlaw Schools Trust.I began my HR career as a Business Admin and HR Apprentice at Excelsior Academy after studying there and then joined the Central Office as a HR Assistant when it opened in September 2017, and have continued to gain experience, leading to the Senior HR Administrator position. As of November 2023, I now in a People and Culture Advisor position.During my employment, I gained a CIPD Level 3 qualification and, more recently, went on to gain a CIPD Level 5 Diploma. In my spare time, I love socialising with friends, going to gigs, being outdoors, baking and travelling.
