As an Assistant Supervisor of the Metals Lab, I have accumulated a wealth of experience over the course of seven years, leading and managing a team of laboratory professionals. Our core focus is on conducting vital tests for toxic and trace metals in biological samples, utilizing cutting-edge ICP-MS equipment. My responsibilities extend beyond overseeing day-to-day operations to include making crucial decisions, ensuring financial accuracy, cultivating vendor relationships, managing supplies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, scheduling, and collaborating with research investigators.As an active participant in DLMP's Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Workforce Subcommittee, I am committed to fostering a culture of equity and diversity.
