As the Event Marketing Consultant, I am responsible for coordinating the events throughout Haven, as well as creating all marketing material. I am with the clients for every step in planning their event, from touring the venue initially to being on site and coordinating vendors the day of the event. These events range from University of Alabama Football.

As an Event Coordinator, my responsibilities include giving tours and selling facility rentals at the Frazier Kentucky History Museum. I work with clients through the entire booking process, including day-of the event. During events, I also supervise part-time event staff and oversee other outside vendor's operations. I also helped organize the 150th anniversary national conference, setting up the campus beforehand and creating bags for over 400.

These responsibilities include completely revamping the chapter website, keeping the social media up to date, and making sure previous alumni and other chapters can be involved.
