Running the Coventry branch of Vets Now's dedicated emergency service. Includes all the usual day-to-day responsibilities of an ECC vet, plus using my management and leadership skills to:- Act as clinical lead for the clinic, helping my team build on their clinical skills and ensuring all clients are offered a gold standard of care.- Maintain the Vets Now reputation for raising emergency care standards.- Build strong relationships with the local veterinary practices that we provide out of hours cover for.

An intensive 10 week in-house training programme for vets making the transition to doing emergency and critical care full time. Including lectures, practicals, case discussions and shadowing experienced vets on shift.
