Managing daily workflows and operations of the Lung Nodule Clinic in conjunction with physicians and administrative leadership. Coordinating care for patients with incidental lung nodules and or high risk lung screenings. Serving as a patient advocate from the first suspicious finding to diagnosis. Assisting with outpatient robotic bronchoscopies, including transbroncial sampling, thermoplasty, cryotherapy, stent placement, staging for lung reduction surgery, and endobronchial ultrasound procedures for early diagnostic findings.

As a clinical coordinator I am recognized as a top performer among peers and management staff. I am responsible for providing clinical education to fellow staff members (I.e. RT, RN, MD) as well as training new staff to all area in the hospital. Creating and updating protocols, COVID surge team member, led employee engagement tactics, and improving my department through education and and communication.

Providing care and life support to people with health care issues affecting the cardiopulmonary system such as asthma, emphysema, pneumonia, cardiovascular disorders, and trauma. Ranging from medical floors, critical care units, Emergency Department, neonatal/pediatric intensive care units, as well as charge therapist position. Some skills include proper administration of respiratory drugs, pulmonary hygiene, airway management, mechanical ventilation management while preventing VAE, non-invasive ventilation management, bronchoscopy and intubation assistance, tracheostomy placement and care, neonatal resuscitation, and ACLS.

Guiding groups of kids ages 3-4 through vigorous mountain training including but not limited to;shredding the mountain, snow ball fights, mountain safety, hot chocolate to whipped cream ratios, and having fun!
