She became our HR Coordinator “in title” for two years, but she wore a number of hats vital to the growth and development of the company. Abby was primarily responsible for Reverie’s recruiting efforts and organizational development, but even more importantly, she helped Reverie create and foster a culture that not only allowed it to grow exponentially with great talent, but Reverie also achieved a number of awards and accolades for being known as, and named, one of the top companies to work for in Michigan and nationwide. Abby consistently impressed me with her work ethic, moral character, accessibility, responsiveness, follow-through, commitment to excellence, and trustworthiness. Her passion and pride for her work was always evident, and as a result, she was a tremendous asset. In fact, we were sad to see her leave, but she was able to further spread her wings and she eventually landed back at Reverie in a senior HR role.
