-Responsible for the onboarding of assigned new clients from kickoff to adoption and serve as the new clients' primary contact through all onboarding-Conducts "train-the-trainer" style working sessions on basic product functionality, including but not limited to system overview, tools, and/or advanced modules-Consults with client regularly on best practices for implementation and configuration-Identifies and proposes creative configurations when existing system functionality doesn't match client's stated expectations-Maintains in-depth knowledge of our products and stays up-to-date with ongoing product releases-Communicates deliverables, required tasks, and timelines regularly to client to help keep the implementation process on schedule-Reviews system prior to launch and communicates remaining pre-launch tasks and any identified weaknesses in system setup to client-Ensures a smooth hand-off to the Client Manager following completion of implementation

-Coordinated outreach programming for the university and community partners-Created and presented disability awareness presentations for faculty, staff, and community-Served as liaison with community partners, including high schools to implement services and programs to assist in the meaningful engagement of students and aid in their transition into college-Consulted with high schools, colleges and other agencies to implement transition services and programs for students with disabilities once accepted to KSU-Developed and provided individual and group workshops on a variety of transition topics-Assisted students with accessing on campus and off campus resources

-Assisted in the coordination and delivery of accommodations for students with disabilities-Collaborated with students and faculty to schedule and proctor exams-Created marketing and outreach material across the department-Utilized Accommodate to manage accommodation letters and other data-Created and presented material to high school and college classes regarding disability services

-Assisted students with disabilities to determine career goals and needs for successful transition into employment or post-secondary education-Attended IEP meetings and collaborated with local high schools, colleges, and employers to ensure student transition needs were met-Managed cases throughout the vocational rehabilitation process including intake, determining eligibility, developing a work plan, referral, and closure

-Provided career and mental health counseling to students with disabilities-Developed curriculum for and facilitated therapeutic skills and disability support groups-Collaborated with Student Disability Services and Career Services to better serve students with disabilities-Created a career counseling resource for serving clients with neurodiverse identities.

-Assisted with program planning, facilitation, and assessment of the college transition success program-Managed program outreach efforts including weekly newsletter and social media accounts-Developed curriculum for and taught introductory college course to connect students with campus resources-Met with students individually and in groups to develop academic and soft-skills.
