Current employment: As the pandemic hit in the midst of my studies I struggled to gain appropriate experience in my field of study. I made the decision to take a position at a covid-19 testing centre at the end of 2020, I have since been promoted to supervisor and I have gained a lot of management experience. I have expanded my customer facing skills and I am far more confident in the workplace. In 2020 I completed my course in International Event Management in which I graduated with a 2:1 honours degree. I am keen to gain more experience in the events industry. I enjoy seeing the way events are run and the work required prior to an event for example the PR, marketing etc. I am fascinated with the marketing side of the business as I enjoy the psychological research that is required, I also love the creativity involved and the many relationships you make with potential customers along the way. .In everything and anything I do I will ensure I deliver the best customer service along with the utmost professionalism. I aim to keep people happy and to leave a good impression on customers and employers. I am self motivated and I am always keen to put myself into new environments to allow myself to grow in the industry.
