I was responsible for developing learning assets, templates, and instructional content to train the Duda community. I collaborated with subject matter experts (SMEs) to plan and create courses and video content, ensuring that the learning experiences were engaging and effective. This involved creating videos, HTML pages, hands-on activities, and quizzes. I also implemented new strategies to deliver and maintain content in a fast-paced environment and administered our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that the learning experience was seamless for our users.

I collaborated with subject matter experts to create best-in-class online learning content for parents. This includes writing and editing scripts and storyboards. I have also worked closely with cross-functional teams in production, post-production, marketing, and product to publish video content. In addition, I have served as an on-set producer and director for live-action video recording. Throughout my work, I have built new workflows and refined existing processes to ensure the best possible outcome.

I managed multiple projects simultaneously and collaborated with editors and graphic artists to ensure successful execution. I produced over 700 completed courses from 150 instructors. I also mentored team members to achieve personal and professional growth, all while working remotely. I created and implemented a test video process with a cross-functional team to improve the course recording process.

I also provided support during the switch from Blackboard to Canvas for our learning management system, researching and suggesting options that fit within our budget and timeline.
