I am a qualified Behaviour Change (Health and Wellbeing) practitioner with an academic background in psychology. I have 12 years’ experience working in health and social care roles from coaching at the NHS 111 service to working in a homelessness hostel and day centre. During this time I worked with a range of adults from different backgrounds, focusing on improving their health and wellbeing with a person-centered approach. ​ I was project lead for a pilot scheme delivering gender and trauma informed training and support to vulnerable women. Whilst in these roles I completed further CPD in counselling, substance misuse, train the trainer and psychological wellbeing. I am passionate about using my skills to empower others in a compassionate, non judgmental manner to give them the tools to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.​In my current role, I develop and deliver my own content to work with both small business owners and corporate employees (via webinars, training sessions and 1-2-1 appointments) to help them develop and reach their wellbeing goals.
