  *First point of contact for individuals visiting the Welcome Center who are looking for career options, Conestoga College programs, pathways and community resources to employment preparation and employment opportunities that will direct them to their career goals*Guide prospective students through the career exploration process to help them identify their educational goals and establish an individualized action plan for those who don't meet admission requirements*Provide detailed, accurate information regarding Conestoga's academic programs and services, labour market information and make referrals as needed*Create content and select images for various email campaigns and contests*Analyze service metrics to identify opportunities for better client service delivery and process improvement from information captured during appointments *Remain current on Conestoga's programs and courses, requirements for admission or transfer, and services provided by other areas of the College related to academic and/or career advising, academic preparation and testing*Engage with Program Coordinators, Admission Officers, testing and assessment staff, Credit Transfer Advisors, continuing education, and corporate training to connect prospective students with areas they need to support their success at Conestoga College *Assist clients with program application, forms and other related documentation*Review and critique resumes and cover letters*Participate, organize and assist with Conestoga College recruitment and Welcome Center events
