Serve a variety of clients and supervise the integrated and non-integrated audits of financial statements and quarterly filings as well as SOX 404 compliance. Supervise, develop and train the audit staff and seniors as well as coordinate with local and international audit teams and multi service teams such as IT, tax, transaction services, and valuation professionals. Primarily responsible for client communication during the planning, execution, and closing phase of the audit.

Leading the audit of private and public company clients, including preparing and reviewing workpapers, instructing staff.

Preparing audit workpapers for both private and public clients in accordance with US GAAP

Instructing the students in lab/discussion groups for the Introduction to Financial Accounting class. There were four different labs each week for each semester that I taught and involved going over the week's lessons from the lectures, introducing new ways of understanding the topics, providing materials to practice the concepts and answering questions to help the overall learning of financial accounting.
