Senior Project Manager | Senior Project Architect (Workplace Interiors)Otj Architects Feb 2019 - Jul 2020Washington, Dc, UsAs a Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Architect, I focused on workplace interiors and landlord building services (ranging from 4,000 SF to 150,000 SF) for Studio 2 which has a focus on federal government, government contractors, non-government organizations (NGOs), and workplaces for institutions (including higher education). While co-leading BIM for this studio, my projects included: - tenant improvements- programming and test fit studies, speculative office suites- government facilities and interiors- GSA lease compliance- BOMA analysis I also collaborated with our firmwide QA/QC committee, serving as a QA/QC co-leader for Studio 2. I also assisted the firm’s QA/QC leader with sustainability and wellness initiatives for OTJ and community at large. **In late July 2020, I left OTJ due to the Covid19 pandemic when numerous workplace projects were on hold or cancelled. I was one of the later layoffs in 2020. -

While keeping the original exterior and campus requirements, this project was redesigned based on a new developer and their requirements. This included all units, amenities, shared/public spaces, and a leasing office with new horizontal assemblies. Some work was performed as one distributed workplace with our sister company, The Preston Partnership. **Before closing in 2019, Preston Drake Architects provided planning and architecture services for mixed-use, multifamily development. -
