I believe that anything is possible with adequate time, resources, and a positive attitude.My journey started with business analysis and lead to workflow design – over time becoming proficient with project management frameworks while maintaining a deep understanding of automation, flows, and platform administration needs. My experience has had me follow projects end-to-end through their lifecycles and my focused client/partner interaction has prepared me well for my current position. My roles have focused on configuration, BA workflow analysis, configuration, PM user story writing, and demonstration/training.I now have 7 years of experience working with cloud-based workflow platforms, direct client interaction, and end-to-end solution building – though for several years I have worked with multiple clients at once.
