* Prepare quarterly reports on the status and progress of IAS’ projects and provide recommendations for improved implementation strategies. *Direct Supervision of all IAS field program coordinators*Upon the request and direction of the program manager, prepare complete, accurate and timely donor reports in agreement with donor requirements. *Manage and oversee IAS’ portfolio of grants, ensuring up to date tracking of data, monitoring and evaluation for each grant.*Maintain and refine IAS’ systems of checks and tracking tools to make sure that projects comply with IAS’ and donors’ requirements. *Reviews existing Monitoring, Evaluation and management information systems of local partners and identify were support is needed.*Process, adjust and approve monthly financial project requests from field offices while ensuring compliance with proposed project budgets.*Ensure that all donor reports and reporting materials are appropriately filed in up-to-date, clean, consistent soft and hard libraries.*Assist in building the capacity of Project Coordinators and partners in planning, proposal writing, projects implementation and sustainability*Facilitate formal workshops and training sessions on report writing, budgeting, information management and sustainability as assigned by the program manager.*Upon the request and direction of the program manager, assist in the preparation of grant proposals for new projects.
