Finishing Engineer- Prepare and sign a contract with the client and finalize all terms and conditions, and scope of work.- Assisting in the selection and procurement of finishing materials, such as paint, tiles, flooring, fixtures, and fittings by evaluating options, preparing material specifications, and ensuring that materials meet the required quality standards and project budget.- Surveying all construction components and used material quantities.- Supervised the installation of finishes such as flooring, tiling, painting, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and other interior and exterior elements.- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow.- Identifying and resolving issues or challenges that arise during the finishing stage of the project.- Reporting accurate records related to finishing activities, including progress reports, quality control reports, and material inspection records.- Client and Stakeholder Communication to maintain effective communication with clients providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with the quality of finishing work.- Project handover after project completion and achieving addressing post-construction issues, coordinating snagging and defect rectification.

My title was a site engineer responsible for ensuring the quality of work and supervising all activities on the site, the project objective is to build a deep foundation on the Suez Road Bridge. My responsibilities on the project were to monitor site activities and performance and to conduct on-site labor and material inspections.

My title was a site engineer responsible for ensuring the quality of work and supervising all activities on the site, the project objective is to construct tunnels in Giza, Cairo. The total length of the tunnel is 1700 m, and its width is 7 m. It consists of a tunnel with a length of 850 m from Dokki to Giza. Another tunnel with a length of 550 m from Giza to Dokki: a third with a length of 350 m from Dokki to Cairo University. He noted that about 60% of the facilities' conversion has been carried out. 50% of the retaining walls were executed. The project includes the construction of a retaining wall, a bentonite dewatering system, reinforced concrete, the installation of the appropriate frame for all systems, and the installation of security and safety systems. My responsibilities on the project were to review the design and technical drawings, monitor site activities and performance, and conduct on-site work and material inspections.
