*Supervise and lead the collections team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity, meeting payment collection goals and targets for the department*Develop and implement collection strategies and procedures to maximize collections while maintaining high customer service and compliance with company policies and regulations.*Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.*Monitor team performance and critical metrics, such as collection, delinquency, and account resolution rates, and take proactive measures to address any performance issues or areas for improvement.*Conduct regular Quality management, Adherence, and training sessions for team members to enhance their knowledge of collection techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance requirements.*Analyze delinquent accounts and develop customized collection strategies based on each account's unique circumstances while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.*Liaise with other departments, such as customer service, legal, and finance, to ensure effective communication and coordination in the collections process.

• Responsible for the complete functionalities of the teamensuring that day to day activities are carried out withoutinterruption and full utilization of resources to achievemaximum recovery.• Reduce/contain the delinquent portfolios covering banksretail banking group products. Maximize recovery incomeby exercising strict day to day control over the defaultprocess in line with agreed objectives by using variouscollection and recovery tools in adherence to laid downprocesses.• Carryout all recovery aspects i.e. contacting defaultcustomers, recommend to initiate police and court action,rescheduling of potential delinquent account within agreedguidelines, covering the portfolio under responsibility in linewith given objectives.• Provide feedback and recommendation on portfolioperformance to the Management• Provide report analysis a bout risky companies andnationalities and bring corrective action.• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary tosupport the accounts Receivable Department.

United Arab Emirates

• Follow-up to customers inside and outside the country.• To be prepared to visit debtors in order to prompt paymentprior to any court action being taken and also personallyserve county court orders.• Interviewing debtors while demonstrating sensitively, tactand diplomacy with regards to the late payments collection.• To meet agreed performance targets and provide a qualityservice with a high level of Customer Care.• Periodic visits to the External Lawyers , External agencies ,Employers to establish/build relationships to expediteenforcement of internal actions/ court rulings etc.• Play of coordinating role among the entire team membersto facilitate the collection process and provide an extensive• support to reach the highest level of team target.

United Arab Emirates

• Follow up the team cases with Credit department to ensuresmoothly disbursement process.• To promote the sales of bank products in the allocatedmarkets.• Exceed Sales target agreed by the Management.• To provide sales MIS on a daily, weekly and monthly basis• Follow-up on leads from phone banking inquiries.• Develop and active sales pipeline of prospected Customers.
