- Be familiar with all parts and BOM of mobile devices , TV ( Xiaomi) .- Formulate project construction objectives, direction and implementation of reform plans. - Cooperated with the department head to complete the department's annual goals and work contents. - Promote process optimization and implement continuous improvement . - Provide guidance, follow-up, supervision and management for all projects. - Equipment management, resource preparation, maintenance and daily work. - Reduce process defect rate/improve production efficiency, continuously improve work support, promotion and decision-making. - Notes and requirements for new product introduction. - Analysis of abnormal process problems and consequences of various models. - Make rework technical liaison tickets, edit and make SOP. - Train junior labors .- Analysis cycle time of production line to finalize the man power plan.

-Establish a detailed event plan to track and monitor progress.-The Plan must include Cost Analysis, stakeholders, Time Schedule and quality standards.-risk assessment is performed to minimize event risks.-Track and supervise all details of the event.-Responsible for the final event summary and the closing speech about event achievements.-Establish deadlines, assign duties, and follow the heads of the committee involved in their event.-Manage coordination system with HR-Rec Heads through the event.-set standards coordination and prepare the appropriate forms.-Track AC Heads Progress regularly in training.-Ensure the AC Committee's output quality remains within the agreed standard.-Rehearse with the heads and check on their slides and meeting agenda before sessions.-Attend members final rehearsals to give the approval for workshops.
