I work as a Fuel Logistics Coordinator in the Emergency Room at Shell Out Fuel Supply. In this role, I am responsible for making decisions, issuing orders, and developing plans for the team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.Room Function:The Emergency Room ensures that Shell Out fuel stations are supplied with the appropriate fuel based on tank levels and needs, preventing any interruptions in fuel sales. This is achieved by coordinating the movement of trucks to depots, loading them with fuel, and unloading at the stations. We monitor stations and trucks using GPS while they are in the depot and en route to the stations and monitor station inventory with an ATG system.Team role:The team consists of individuals who monitor and coordinate with drivers and trucks through communication, follow-up, writing reports, and everything related to supply and fuel, which ensures the accurate and effective implementation of plans.during my time in Chill Out I did:- Create a comprehensive database of driver names and contact numbers, as well as truck details and codes, using MongoDB to centralize information for easy access.- Working to improve the display screen of the company’s website, which makes it easier for the team to follow up, speed up work, and ease of reading and accessing information and data.- Improve workflow by adding Excel files that facilitate analysis, planning and operations related to sales, tank levels, stations and warehouses.Such as developing an Excel file to record daily sales for each station, which can be used to analyze and compile sales data during any specific period and much more to facilitate work, raise its efficiency, and speed up the implementation of orders.

Managed nightly financial operations, including account closures and system preparations for the following day. Updated databases, coordinated data, and resolved technical issues with the IT department. Demonstrated strong analytical skills, adaptability, and perseverance.

Conducted detailed audits of financial statements and inventory records. Ensured compliance with health regulations and improved operational efficiency. Enhanced Excel spreadsheets and utilized Oracle systems for precise data management.

Collected payments from various hotel departments, handled cash and credit transactions, and maintained accurate financial records. Demonstrated excellent customer service and attention to detail.
