Abderrahmane Ayoubi is an international development professional with more than 7 years experience in designing and implementing projects and programs related to conflict transformation, preventing and countering violent extremism, civic engagement, youth and women empowerment and building community resilience. he is currently leading his newly created social enterprise JUMPOVER, a development company specialized in building the capacities of individuals, companies and organizations. Abderrahmane formerly worked as a Project Manager at Search for Common Ground, a leading international organization specialized in conflict transformation. A Moroccan peace-builder in the field of conflict resolution and transformation for over 7 years, he first became an active community volunteer at age 13 in his native town of Tata in Southern Morocco. He has since dedicated himself to community service through youth empowerment in leadership and non-adversarial advocacy in marginalized areas throughout Morocco. Abderrahmane studied at the University of Ibn Zohr in Agadir and is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration online with UNICAF University in Cyprus. He started his career as a specialized technician in informatics, graphics and web design, eventually founding an office supplies company. Prior to joining Search-Morocco, Abderrahmane worked as a personal development trainer specialized in multimedia, team-building, group development, and community dynamics. One of his greatest passions is making a difference by creating positive social change at the community level. He considers empowering youth in Morocco as a personal mission.
