As a mentor for Destination STEMM, a joint venture between The Windsor Fellowship and John Lyon’s Charity, I guide Year 12 students from London Boroughs through an 18-month program. In addition to fostering their interest in STEMM subjects, I also assist them in developing essential life skills. Having grown up in one of the boroughs involved, I aim to offer tailored support to help them thrive academically and professionally.

Collaborating with the Royal Academy of Engineering to champion the award-winning GEEP Programme. Partnered up with various engineering employers - Our goal is to narrow the gap for engineering students from diverse backgrounds and facilitate their transition into employment.

Systems/Test Engineer

During my time with GEEP, I actively engaged in a variety of workshops, networking events, and industry activities. I had the privilege of undertaking a mentorship program, which provided me with valuable insights and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.

This role is a multi campaign inbound consumer service line where we answer customer enquiries and solve troubleshooting problems.The most remarkable campaign for me was a electric vehicle charging company, where I identified and addressed challenging customer issues.This campaign has given me first hand exposure into the future of EV Vehicles, as well as a considerable insight into the maintenance of electric automobiles and the industry as a whole which I can relate towards my academic studies.

This position involved in interacting with clients regarding issues with their gas and electricity over the phone and in person to determine how our team can help. Through this position, I gained first-hand knowledge of the energy and technology sectors and developed my interpersonal abilities.
