I was selected as part of a competitive international program, sponsored to pursue higher education in Canada as a refugee student. I successfully transitioned from a refugee background to academic life in Canada, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to academic success. I actively engaged in community support and integration initiatives for other refugee students and newcomers. Furthermore, I developed strong cross-cultural communication skills and enhanced global awareness through interactions with diverse communities.

I handled cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, I balanced cash drawers daily, ensuring all transactions were accounted for and discrepancies were promptly investigated. I Guided clients through the setup and activation of digital channels, ensuring seamless access to banking services. Furthermore, I resolved onboarding issues, addressed customer queries, and provided support for a smooth account setup experience.
