Conducting field supervisions and the community deliverable.Facilitate the weekly office meetings and documented the meeting minutes, actions needed and achievements.General supervision of the numerous sectors of the health project particularly the nutrition sector, WASH, and Public health with over 400 staff.Overseeing the security system is in order and security of the staff at the various health facilities and advice accordingly.Keeping track of the duty roaster and leaves of all staff in the health facility.Marking daily attendance in consultation with the sector heads.Coordination of the staff welfare in the health facility.Attending Inter Agency meeting on monthly Basis and sometimes chaired the health cluster coordination meetings.Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly report.Participated in staff recruitment in consultation with the HR and the senior management.Was a team leader in various health campaigns such as the polio eradication and outbreak emergency responses. Performed any other duty that raised in the course of my assignment and even outside my line of duty.
