• Providing Tier-1 technical support to Fuel Pricing Analysts, Store Leaders, & Service Vendors while creating team Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)• Implementation and process Improvement for new fuel pricing initiative. Improving competitiveness and executing fuel price updates.• Troubleshooting network systems while overseeing hardware Integration and software updates/upgrades. • Consulting with Corporate, Franchise, and Store Management on the execution/compliance of newly implemented pricing software.• ServiceNow incident management; Contributing to & Updating Knowledge Base Articles.

• Logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, and managing their life cycle as per ITIL guidelines. • Updating users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions. • Troubleshooting related to systems like POS, BO, EMV, KDS, OCS, SOS timers, receipt printers etc., desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications.• Account Management & Password reset. • Documenting, tracking and monitoring new and open Incidents until resolution or proper escalation. • Zero client support set up & connectivity. • Supporting issues with Printer installations, HP Print and Scan via USB.

• Maintaining a comprehensive inventory of hardware and software for all company servers, laptops, and mobile devices.• Managing the IT infrastructure in the department, including network and server hardware, security updates, etc.• Providing IT support to non-technical internal users through desk side support services.• Devising solutions to operation issues related to Mac & Windows while working closely via phone, email, live chat and web teleconference.
