• Review and analysis of all MEP drawing materials such as Electrical, Telecom, Water Supply, Drainage etc.• Better knowledge in preparing and understanding of electrical load schedule, SLD and also in designing of SMDB & MDB. • Better understanding about slope management for the drainage system and have knowledge about the Pasco level for the installation of chambers and manholes.• Monitoring of the on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing and other testing during each stage of work implementation. • Better knowledge about the electrical wiring design for the installation of air conditioner indoor, outdoor units, DP switches or thermostats for both split unit and ducted systems.• Knowledge about providing sleeves for the installation of electrical, plumbing and air conditioner unit and have in-depth understanding about the heights from the finishing level for the installation of various electrical and plumbing apparatus.• Undertake final project snagging and prepare a list of defects for the contractor’s action.• Day to day planning and monitoring of the entire work.• Monitoring of work as per specification, local & international standard codes.• Attending weekly and monthly meetings along with consultant and main sub-contractors.• Preparing As built drawing for all MEP works using AutoCAD.• Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule. • Attending all testing & commissioning of MEP services.

• Coordinating all MEP activities with various team on site.• Maintaining the daily work schedules or programmes.• Review the construction details, material samples, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.• Ensure that the civil obstructions have been cleared to the MEP contractors.• Engage with authority to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure disconnection of utility services.• Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site.• Coordination and attending meeting with client, consultant, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical system.• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other system.• Install safety and distribution components (E.g.: Switches, Circuit Breakers, Panels etc).• Connect wiring in electrical circuit and networks ensuring compatibility of components.• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
