Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.Manage and maintain documentation related to sales transactions, including contracts, agreements, and client correspondence, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.Support document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.Prepare and distribute reports, sales summaries, and other administrative documents as required to support decision-making and record-keepingSupport month-end and year-end closure processes.Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.

Responsible for all the bookkeeping. Responsible for the daily invoices, bills, etc… Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Working under the supervision of chief accountant and financial manager  Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes. Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, andassisting with audits. Reconcile monthly statements and annual budgets submitted by divisions. Participate in banking transactions and bank reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Preparing periodic Profit & Loss statement. VAT implementation and return submission.

Prepare accurate, timely financial reports of company expenditure following the established schedule. Review and analyze the balance sheet, profit and loss account. Cash flow statement. Deal with cash and inventory, prepare daily cash book report, and monthly prepare inventory reports. Invoice listing to confirm validity and to conduct of budget update as necessary. Manage accounting activities to ensure compline with accounting principles. Reviewed and analyzed preliminary financial statements and month-end reports to with 100% accuracy.

Responsibility of entire Accounts and Finance Function of different firms like Trading, Manufacturing and service industries Inspection& verification of accounts, supporting documents and assuring the securities are proper. Preparation of profit & loss account Maintenance of various registers like Purchase register, Sales register, Journal register, Debit note & Credit note register, cheque register etc... Administering payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to keep records up-to-date.
