• Responsible for the Annual Budgeting process by preparing detailed budgets for individual Business Units, Consolidated budgets for Marafiq and key analysis to support the budgets.• Review chart of accounts and business units on a periodical basis and suggest changes aligned to changes in business.• Ensure that safe working practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to in accordance with Marafiq policies• Maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders and relevant external entities with the highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organisation are delivered in the most effective manner.• Meet accounting operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews production plan, aligning with the demand, identifying the gaps and resolving problems; identifying system improvements.• Prepare Quarterly & periodic management reports highlighting operational & comprehensive financial reports for senior management and board of directors including variance analysis and business performance updates.• Prepares Comprehensive template to perform monthly and annual budgets for good business planning• Ensures to Improve budget preparation and reporting process for the line managers across the company, which lead to greater ownership of expenses and control the budget within 5% variance.• Responsible to Solve budget Queries from all the BU’s related to systems like SAP BPC & BW reports in coordination with SAP consultants.• Compiles budget estimates assumptions and provide support to prepare and deliver forecast/budget presentations to senior management with adherence to the timeline as per BP schedule• Prepare Quarterly & periodic management reports highlighting operational & financial effectiveness.• Prepares Comprehensive template to perform monthly and annual budgets for good business planning.
