As a Business Development Manager in a TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) company, I am responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategies to grow our client base, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.My role requires me to keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, as well as monitor competitor activity, to ensure that we remain competitive and innovative in our offerings. I work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' needs.

As a co-founder, I spearheaded external communications, business development, and design initiatives at a startup that achieved remarkable success within just two years. Our team secured utility patents for our innovative invention and received recognition from esteemed platforms such as IIT Bombay and the Department of Science & Technology in India. I am passionate about promoting sustainable living through accessible and exciting eco-friendly mobility solutions.

 Intern Under Production department Project : Case study on the Air Handling Unit developed in house and came up with 5 improvements, 1 in terms of product's efficiency, 3 in terms of processes used and 1 in terms of plant layout. Enhced the efficiency of motor-fan assembly used in AHU by 11%.  Intern Under Engineering Sales department Project : Prepared a questionnaire as a marketing and sales research tool and visited existing clients and did thorough survey of client satisfaction level and company's performance against the competition in the market and detected the weak points in client company relationship.

 Intern Under Production Team  Project : Case study on Superlift Lattice Crawler Crane and derived equation for its stability Under the production team I experienced and gained practical knowledge of the manufacturing processes involved in the production of cranes. Under the project I was assigned during internship, I derived the general equation for the stability of the above mentioned crane which was further used to place sensors on the crane to measure loads. Intern Under Quality department Worked with the Quality Department of the firm and looked into the quality aspects of cranes in terms of welding and body paint.
