I was able to remain calm in situations where a customer could have a problem life threatening for them and was able to help them keep calm and get them help. I’m progressing within the role and have learnt many ways of dealing with complaints and managing customer expectations as to the quality of the company. I have dealt with claims which have prevented fraud within the business and received high praise from my Team Leader. I’m a quick learner so was able to quickly start learning the higher roles of the business and have started to do outbound calls to validate and send payment out to customers. There would be many times I would deal with a situation which I wasn’t familiar with or haven’t dealt with before. I would use my initiative to tackle new problems and find the best way to overcome them to for the best possible outcome for all parties.

Led the marketing campaign promoting the business via social media such as Facebook and Instagram.I was able to remain calm in a fast paced environment and also helped management supervise a team of 6 staff to remain on top of their tasks. I did this by prioritising the work load and delegating the task based on individual strengths. I learned how to handle card transactions, loose change, receipts accurately and with care and also did the daily report allowing me to develop a sense of responsibility. I took orders independently from customers both in person and over the phone. I would be faced with challenging customers, where I was able to work efficiently in order to produce the best outcome both for the customer and the business. I also cleaned the restaurant during closing every night, taking care to be efficient and precise ensuring it is in the best condition for the customers.
