Planning for all activities relate to the Maintenance Electrical - Instruments & control Systems. The overall responsibility of supervision and monitoring of electrical equipment’s like RMU, TRANSFORMER, GENSET etc., Preparations of detailed work schedule and remedial measures, if necessary, for corrective and preventive maintenance of 13.8kv/400V Substation MV/LV Equipment, Switchgear and its associated controls and devices. Notification and coordination of switching, interruption and Substation maintenance. Reviews of equipment maintenance and test results history to identify weakening component and to recommend the mode of actions to address the abnormality.Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Distribution Substation with each substation having a capacity of 1.6MVA steps down Power Transformer with a nominal voltage of 13.8Kv/380v and escalator power house. Supervises the periodic maintenance and testing of MV/LV equipment, meters and relays. Responsible for the list of tests that has to be performed during the Annual Preventive Maintenance that is prescribe to be carried out on all Distribution Substation primary equipment and Service building. Supervises the periodic maintenance of all lightings like high mass pole lighting, all building lighting and sodium vapour lamp.

Supervise a team required to execute/implement the site maintenance works within predefined time and commercial targets. Working along with the main contractors for monitoring and advising the sub-contractors on the implementation of the containment work for Medium Voltage/Low Voltage. Planning and Execution of work at site as per drawings. Implementation, testing & maintenance of Fire alarm and Voice Evacuation system, TDS, CCTV System & Access Control System. Installation, testing & maintenance of Electrical system such as lighting devices, power equipment devices. Advising the sub-contractors and solving any queries and difficulties faced by them. Supervising the Fluke test and verifying the test report for all outlets. Co-ordination with the client, Architect, the various requirements and modify the design to match the same. Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
