I am writing to express my interest in the Senior Aircraft Technician (B.1) position . I believe my experience and qualifications make me a strong candidate for the role.As a Senior Aircraft Technician, I have been responsible for completing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectifications, modifications, and functional test airframe, engine, and cabin systems on A320, ATR 42/72, and B777 aircraft. I ensure that all assigned work is completed in a timely manner to optimize aircraft downtime and that all maintenance documentation, job cards, work packages, and zonal handovers are completed accurately and within prescribed timescales. In addition, I ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company processes, and procedures.During my time as a Senior Aircraft Technician, I have successfully performed important and critical tasks such as removal/installation of windshields, cabin windows, cockpit seats, engine fire extinguishing bottles, emergency escape slides, nose, main wheels, brake assembly, IDG, engine fuel pump, anti-ice valve, cross bleed valve, among others.I completed my apprenticeship in Aerospace (B.1) from PIA Training Center in Karachi, Pakistan, from 2010 to 2013, and my Intermediate in Pre-Engineering from Govt. P.E.C.H.S Foundation College from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, I have completed other short courses such as CDCCL Fuel tank safety and Aviation legislation.
