Performing as Legal Adviser

Providing legal services in commercial/corporate legal & labour affairs and gained extended experience in HRM, Security/Safety, Litigation/ Pleading & handling various legal issues i.e. criminal /civil/ real estate/corporate/labour/family/service and routine legal matters. Drafting/vetting/rendering opinion and presenting all sort of legal Instruments, Cases / Documents/ Contracts/ Agreements/ deeds of business units/ manpower, stakeholders, construction, buildings/office supplies, Bank guaranties/ properties etc. Planning/ Designing, Evaluation/Assessment, Supervision & Management of organisational legal. Safety/ Security & Vigilance matters including premises, personnel and other assets. Up keep of public relations/ protocol & allied functions. Alongside meeting Corporate Security, litigation/ pleading also actively interacted with SECP/ Social Security institutions & employees’ old-age benefits establishments/ Labour tribunals etc to resolve the issues while performing as Deputy Manager Security/ Legal & Labour Affairs (DML&LA) in FFCL.

Its again great learning and unique experience of working/trading in stock market.

Litigation persuasion and supervision of legal cases in the courts and extending advice/ opinion where needed in legal affairs.

Served in Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, head office Hr division and gained vast experience of corporate HR functions and legal affairs while performing as Senior Executive/DM/Manager HR and Legal & Labour Affairs for six years.

I had an excellent experience of working with FFCL for about six years as D/Manager HR, Protocol/PR & D/Manager Legal and labour Affairs (DML&LA). Skilled in HRM and diversified commercial/corporate legal matters including independent management of legal & labour affairs.

In Pakistan Army I was inducted as junior cadet in 1977 and served up to Lieutenant Colonel, Performed as Platoon Commander/Company Commander/ Battalion Commander/acting Brigade commander in command and in staff as Gso-3/ GSo-2 & GSo-1 and in Instructional side as Instructor Class “C”/”B” & “A” thus skilled in leadership/HRM/ administration, safety & security management. Establishing, managing/ heading, monitoring, teaching/ directing/ supervision & leading in various training institutions/departments & project management. Training & evaluation, reporting/feedback / completion & achievement of Goals, motivation/negotiation, counseling, overall coordination of command/ staff work, team building/ teamwork, emergency/ risk/disaster supervision/ management at large scale, Reconstruction/ Rehabilitation projects, protocol / PR and close coordination/liaison with Government officials & departments and Public sector organizations.

Served Pakistan Army from 1977 to 2004 and gained rich experience /skilled in Administration/HRM/Safety & Security/ PR & Protocol/Office & Staff Management,Training & Development, Teaching/Directing and Supervising.Developing & managing others.Team Building & Team Management.Research & Analysis.

Extended experience of serving in Army for over 26 years, from Cadet-ship to Lieutenant Colonel as Battalion commander, skilled in administration, human resource management/development, supervision, safety/ security & training. Establishing & managing/heading administrative, educational / training institutions and various projects including emergency relief tasks, crises/rescue /disaster/rehabilitation management/relief,census operations, & elections successfully. Exercised independent command/ control over eleven hundred plus personnel by ensuring career planning/ growth, welfare, discipline, safety & security. Research/ analysis, liaison , coordination, staff duties/ protocol / public relations having close interaction with Government organizations and civil officials/ departments at higher level while serving in higher Headquarters like Corps Headquarters, General Headquarters and Joint Staff Headquarters on following main appointments:- Staff: GSO-3 / Adjutant, GSO-2 Operations,Staff duties/Protocol & Gso-1 Staff duties , Coordination, Policies & GSO-1 JCSC. Instructional: GSO-3 Training & Instructor Class C, B & A Command: Platoon / Company/Sector/Battalion Commander & as Acting Brigade Commander.

Along with other official assignments I was also tasked to assist in establishment of A public school up to 10th class. Although the task was extremely demanding and was required to be accomplished with in minimum time, with the grace of Allah the gracious the same was established with in record time and the efforts put in were highly appreciated by the Academy Connabdent all other officials.This was a unique and rewarding experience.
