Through the achievement of this all commercial and contractual matters.Assists in managing Client Site Instructions and Variation Orders.Prepares all details for payment application for inclusion in the main monthly application for certification.

• Preparing weekly and monthly work plane schedule.• Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using Method• Statement.• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and• Safety or sanitation standards.• Quality Control of all Site Work.• Supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using Method• Statement.• Resolving install MEP services clash with civil part such as beam, column, dry wall also.• Building Services work Such as Fire Fighting,PPR,HDPE,PVC,Sanitary fittings, Pipe line Pressure testing also.• Preparing site inspection work & Raise an inspection.• Participate in site inspection work.

 Interim Bill Preparing Based on the monthly Progress Report Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project Prepare notice of variation and variation claim Preparation and summaries of all measured works. Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, variation  Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with Site measurements. Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs. Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the project
