Lead a team to execute Subsea Production System (SPS) equipment through review, analyse and evaluate Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) to meet client requirement and organization objective in terms of Safety, Quality and Delivery Schedule. Define scope and objectives and formulate execution systems to parallel overall business strategies. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. The whole team involve 41 technicians, 1 Engineer, with 3 Quality inspector. To ensure document requirements achieve as per Quality Management System (QMS).• Lead and direct my Team consists of Engineer, Leader, Technician and ensuring the execution of activities is according to production plan, providing the necessary resources, striving for maximum efficiency in processes. • Manage KPIs from sectors under supervision by preparing reports, critical analysis and action plans, aiming for productivity and conformity with delivery deadlines.• Plan and monitor planning, performance and resource allocation of Package team personnel throughout the project• Drive the resolution of issues or conflicts between departments or the Client• Manage working teams, provide frequent SBI feedback and act as facilitator in their individual and ensure effective communication across various internal Projects’ members to delivered product by assigned tasks and manage team performance. • Develop team member to be able to manage critical issue without having any impact to the project. • Demonstrate effective/smooth interface within and across all project team members and stake holder. • Liaise across project functions and relevant discipline engineers, to ensure the timely issue and completion of all necessary deliverables that impact package delivery
