Accomplishments and Duties:To Generate work order requests and material requests through MAXIMO & GIS for maintenance and repair of pumping stations, and forward to Head of Operation Section for review and approvalInvestigates customer complaints by visiting site to diagnose problems and follows up on the corrective maintenance ensuring that customers’ needs are met in a professional and timely manner.Oversees the repair of pipeline and valves by directing and supervising own staff incase malfunctions are related to water pressure. Forwards other types of malfunction to the maintenance department and follows up to ensure that they have taken appropriate action.Evaluates water requirements of different districts and plans ‘Water distribution schedule & pumping programs’ aiming at optimizing the distribution of water among consumers. Prepares water supply reports and submits to management.To Prepares Daily, weekly and monthly reports to submit to management. Monitors VIP’s water consumption and prepares separate reports to submit to management.Prepares work schedule and assigns duties, develops and supervises employee shift records.

Pricing evaluation and preparation of Mechanical material Purchase Order.Convey Project planning & scheduling requirements properly.Progress status & completion forecast.Review monthly forecast.Planning, Organizing and carryout jobs with schedule completion dates.Present planning documentation & reports including bar charts & networks on regular basis.Preparing Billing schedule & updating it monthly and Client Billing as well as Billing for the Sub Contractors.Involved in preparation of invoice of invoice based on evaluation of work accomplishment.Mark effect of corrective action taken.Prepare project closeout report & the schedule.Send feedback to project control Dept. & commercial dept.Recommendation for preventive or corrective action in the event of any possible deviation from program.
