Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Abdul Hanan. I did M.Sc. Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. I have eleven-year work experience in the development & non-development sector.I saw the job advertisement for your respected institution at social media. I have your required work experience and education because currently I work with Punjab Social Protection Authority, Govt of Punjab, as Assistant Director Field Operation. I have worked with PRSP as a Project Officer Social Mobilization on a project of UNICEF (WASH Response to Floods 2022). In this way, I completed my four-year integrated project with the Labour and Human Resource Department, Govt of Punjab as District Social Mobilizer BS-16 (2015–2019) in three districts of the Punjab (Rajanpur, D.G. Khan and R.Y. Khan). For the fulfilment of project objectives, I worked and got close liaison with major line departments of the district, like, Health, NADRA, Social welfare, Literacy, SED, NFBES, PVTC, VTI, NGOs, electric & print media and Police deptt. In this way, at grassroots level, the eradication of child and bonded labour project (provision decent work for marginalized class) I engaged the above said departments and stakeholders by Mobilization, Advocacy, Training, Monitoring, and reporting (presentation, progress sharing) at Dist level via DCC/DVC.On the other hand, when I was working at Forman Christian College on a project of USIP, named, “Electoral violence and campaign dynamics”, for the fulfilment of objectives, I engaged the representatives of ECP, media, political organizations, law & enforcement agencies of four dist of Punjab, name, Lahore, Gujranwala, sheikhupora, and Multan. I also gathered data by approaching the DPOs/ ACs, ticket holders of four political organizations’ MPAs/ MNAs.Being an Anthropologist, I have implemented the skills of mobilization, Behavioural change communication, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, team coordination, project implementation, and research methodology with INGOs like Population Council, Qatar Charity and SAAG, during the last ten years. Assistant Director Field OperationPunjab Social Protection Authority Mar 2023 - Nov 2023Lahore, Punjab, PakistanPunjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) being the lead implementing agency for PHCIP (Punjab Human Capital Investment Project- Sponsored by World Bank in eleven District of Punjab is consisting on three components of Project, named; Aaghosh (Implementing partner of this component is Health Department), Bunyad (Implementing partner of this component is School Education Department), and Khudmukhtiar Implementing partner of this component is NRSP). Primary duties of AD-Field Operation were these,• Participate in District Coordination Committee for sharing monthly progress of PHCIP with chair of Deputy Commissioner every month. • To develop, supervise and implement SOPs for process improvement and enhanced management of different program activities.• To Coordinate with World Bank officials and PSPA Management to undertake joint monitoring visits at community level.• The AD-Field Operation was answerable to execute & gain objectives of project regard Aaghosh ( BISP Beneficiaries) Program by developing close Liaisoning with DC-IRMNCH&N in the assigned district.• The prime goal of AD-Field was to provide leadership and administrative management support to Health & SED department to ensure that all components of Aaghosh & Bunyad program are well-coordinated and contributed.• To remain updated on the program targets, key performance indicators including both input and outcome based with specific timelines.• To close coordination and report sharing with Program Officer of higher management-Lahore was done on daily basis. • To hold Coordination and capacity building session with LHSs,LHVs,LHWs and DRs of BHUs, RHCs and THQs regards Aaghosh program.• In this way, orientation sessions are also done with head teachers; care givers of Govt Schools where ECE/ECCE was established regard BUNYAD Program.• To participate in monthly review meeting of Lady Health Workers, LHVs and LHSs at district level and ensure strong active beneficiary referral mechanism. -
