As Corporate Law Practitioner at PBC for 2+ years, I have made the core practice & practical implementation of Corporate Compliance as per the Companies Act, 2017 and provide the services, consultation to clients in the below areas;Registration of SMC, Private, Public (Unlisted) Companies and Association not for Profit u/s 42, obtain Commencement of Business Certificate for the Public (Unlisted) Company.Compliance of Immediate filing of the newly incorporated companies, filing of Annual Returns along with Annual Audited & Unaudited Financial Statements, filed various statutory forms (especially not limited to Form A, 28 & 29).Further, I have consulted clients regarding the newly implemented provisions of Section 123A & Regulation 19A regarding the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) of the Companies Act, 2017 and made the proper compliance by filing the Form 45. With the above task, I was an intermediate between the Registrar of the concerned Regulatory and Management of the Companies, which helped in improvement and development of communication skills.
