One notable project I've been a part of revolves around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), where we've leveraged the capabilities of diverse vector stores like OpenSearch, PGVectors, and Pinecone. Our aim has been to empower models with unparalleled knowledge retrieval capabilities.In my current role, I am passionately engaged in exploring advanced RAG concepts. This entails delving into efficient document chunking techniques, including Sentence Window Retrieval, Rerankers, Multi Questions Approach, and Auto-Merging Retrieval.To ensure the benchmarking of RAG efficiency, I employ Trulens, a powerful tool that evaluates Context Relevance, Groundedness, and Answer Relevance.A recent highlight of my journey involves leading a groundbreaking project automating the creation of analytical queries for data warehousing. Users can now pose questions in natural language, and our system seamlessly generates SQL queries that execute against Snowflake.
