• ISSUING DELIVERY DOCUMENTS: Responsible to make Delivery notes and gate pass through software (WMS).• DOCUMENTATION: Responsible to keep record of PODs (Proof of Delivery) with supported documents.• VERIFICATION OF MATERIAL: Responsible to verify the equipment while loading in a vehicle.• CYCLE COUNT AND STOCK TAKE: Responsible to take cycle count every week.• STOCK REPORT: Responsible to maintain stock report.• MANAGEMENT: Responsible to manage all best possible resources to perform the operation• CORRESPONDENCE: Responsible to deal with the queries of client through verbal communication and e-mailing.
