Job Responsibilities includes:> Provide Pre-Sales and After Sales Technical Services to our Clients over Phone.> Discuss about different scenarios of Clients with SOFAR SOLAR HQ Team in details.> Discuss about inverter issues in detail with SOFAR Solar HQ members and get the solution of those issues.> Conduct Training Webinars, Technical Meetings with Clients.> Do Remote Settings of inverters like Parameters Settings, Firmware Upgrade etc. > Visit Sites (where Installers and Engineers are unable to diagnose the issues).> Keep record of Replaced Inverters and Spare Boards.> Guide Technicians and Installers about maintenance, troubleshooting of Inverters.> Guide Engineers, Technicians and Installer about Inverters Installation, Zero Export Device Configuration, Wi-Fi Connectivity, Parallel connectivity of inverters, Firmware up gradation guidance etc.

Job Responsibilities includes:> Develops documentation of inverters for troubleshooting and maintenance purpose> Study about the inverter’s protection requirements like SPD (surge Protector Device) etc.> Install Reverse Protection Devices (e-Logger, Energy Meter) with 10KW and above Inverters.> Discuss about the Inverters issue with Manufacturer companies. Solve issues On-Site and in LAB.> Solve Customers issues related to 5KW inverters and above on phone call.> Visit sites (mostly having the system of 5KW and above).> Discuss Warranty Claims of products with Manufacturers and send detailed report of repairing to manufacturer twice a month.> Keep record of Spare items of Inverters.> Guide junior team members about maintenance, troubleshooting of inverters, VFD’s and solar panels.> Guide team members about installation of Reverse Protection Devices.> Search new technology/products/brands. Discuss these with our existing brands to update products according to that.
